The proposition that writers would want to write for a small fee is an absurd. people will write if they have simple streightforward access to readers and they like writing and they have something to say.

linkadelic magazine is a good exmaple of community magazine platform which makes it easy for people to publish and get read without the need to become full-time bloggers. I think that the comagz concept is much more sustainable.
