Planck's Constant - Fighting World Terror

Gravatar Roy L Pearson seems to have a grudge against the courts, and is taking it our through this poor man. His appeal for reversing a negative divorce decision was turned down. See

Gravatar Great post on this maroon judge. "Frivolous" is an apt description of the entire incident.

I read the NAM blog, but with finals and projects due the last couple of weeks, I missed this (quoted above):

"According to the study, the $865 billion spent on tort costs each year represents 2.2 percent of our GDP..."

Which is obviously not true, since that would peg our GDP at 39.318 trillion dollars, which is about 26 trillion too many. $865 billion is still an astonishingly large number, though.

Gravatar Bernie,

In this situation you are responsible for introducing the politics of race and hatred. There may be some truth to what you say but when you infer it you are conflating the real world with “Do the Right Thing.”

Guess what? People of all stripes abuse their power. Kudos to you for stating the specific and obvious. Many judges have been picked on for their studiousness in youth. A lot of them don’t get enough sleep. Many of them have been excessively nurtured and catered too. There are many potential sources of character flaws.

I hope you get better informed with age. Hatred strips the humanity from others. Hate is not okay because problems between people are rooted in the fact each is human.

Ever hear of Chauvinism? Likely both you and Mr. Pearson suffer from it because both of you are unreasonably entrenched in your own interests.

Gravatar I just called the:
Government of the District of Columbia
Citywide Call Center : (202) 727-1000
and was told his apointment was NOT renewed

Gravatar wow Bernie I actually had no idea this story had gotten this much media attention~! :)

Gravatar How can you consider yourself a voice of reason?? You stated the completely obvious and then back it up with ignorant statements like "we all know how blacks feel about Koreans" lol how many blacks do you know?? I can tell not too many and how many koreans do you know??? Im pretty sure not too many either.

And stop demeaning the Chung family calling them poor and what not. I doubt they are rich but you make it seem like they just arrived in this country and they live in the back of their cleaners. You dont have to demoralize them yes its so wrong its amazing, yes they are victims, yes they do deserve donations, and a HUGE counter suit. But try to leave them with some dignity....

And you WILL end your bigotry or I'll keep popping up back your terribly flawed arguments into the corner.. Have a good day

Gravatar And if you want to see how I left Mr. Bernie speechless go to this link and check the comments

http://www.haloscan.com/comments...on_is_an_Idiot/

you have serious underlying issues here. I cant see how you can be on such a egotistical rant about black people; when you can see all the racial havoc whites have caused. I'm not pointing the finger because most people are evil sadly and an evil black or korean person would have done the same thing.

You can't proclaim blacks hate korean because a handful of angry, misguided, or ignorant black people said racial comments or harrassed a few koreans. Aside from the L.A. riots and the editorial piece from that lady you point to over and over again there is no basis for your arguement.

My last question is what is your reason for trying to prove that blacks are the most hateful people on Earth. Do you have any aims of curbing blacks racism and improving black asian race relations. Thats what you dont realize when you try to prove something negative about a person or peoples you have to help close that wound if you are going to help open it up. You are tellings blacks to be violent towards any koreans and you are telling koreans to be voilent towards any blacks. When you identify the problem without coming with a solution it makes your alterior motive stand out. As much as Al Sharpton and Don Imus irritate me at least they tried to come to an understanding, speak to whoever wanted to speak from whatever side, appear on other peoples shows, etc etc to resolve the issue. You are infact a smart man but you have a lot to learn.

Catch ya next time you make a bigoted remark

Gravatar What delusional world do you live in that you can make an idiotic blanket statement regarding blacks and Koreans and think it's justified? I happened upon your blog and couldn't believe what I read.

I am black and have no problem with Koreans at all. I am proud to included them in my circle of friends when I was growing up. We had friends from every corner of the earth and accepted or rejected them for their behavior not their nationality.

Roy L. Pearson (he doesn't deserve the title of Judge in my opnion) is a certified egomaniac which was proven when he even ventured to think that he could sue these poor people with his twisted logic and think the outcome would be in his favor. He is a laughing stock that no one could take seriously from here on out. Crocodile tears and all.

You are proof that not everyone should be writing blogs for publication. After reading yours I'm putting you under the same file as Roy L. Pearson (I for Idiot).

To put a twist on your quote, After all "we know how people who are not judgemental feel about idiots how make racist remarks."

Gravatar Nisa, what delusional world do you live in to think that everything is honky-dory between blacks and Asians? I did not make blanket statements, if you read my article on black racism you will note that I did not give my opinion at all, but merely quoted statistics from the FBI. If you have a problem with anything written in my article then complain to the FBI not to me. If you disagree with the statistics then complain to reality not to me.

Gravatar I didn't read your article, don't care to actually. I just happened upon your blog and found it extremely offensive. My world is far from delusional. My statement was to disprove what was quoted on your blog. Your words were blanket statements. I never once said that there was no strife between some blacks and some asians and between many other races and ethnic groups. THAT would be delusional.

My mother went to school with Martin Luther King and my father was in the middle of intergration of the military so I KNOW ABOUT the hatred that can be thrown around and they had seen more horrors than I could ever imagine growing up in the deep south the 1920's-1950's. They've had reasons to hate but they didn't while they were alive. Most of my nieces and nephews are biracial if that says anything to their legacies. I like most people know it's out there, but our family chose not to subscribe to that club. I've seen Korean, Filipinos and Japanese being treated horribly when they first came to the states on the military bases by neighbors. Your remarks remain, in my opinion OFFENSIVE whether statistics uphold you statement or not. You making a blanket statement to include me and my family and MANY other black people that I know and grew up with is flawed to say the least. Don't include everyone unless you know for sure that what you're saying is fact....in this case it isn't. Because THAT is delusional. And in reading your comments page I am far from the only one to share in this opinion.
