What a crack up! I have seen this reproduced on no less than 10 right wing websites where everyone is getting their knickers in a collective twist over a harmless ad.
And printing the details of the marketing manager so all small minded people can complain to him explaining why they are so insecure that they could possibly get offended by a silly ad that was designed to make them feel offended.
Do you really not know when you someone is yanking your chain?
And the rest of the world watches and laughs at the patriotic Americans. Again.

They show their anger by burning flags and rioting, you guys show your anger by writing nasty letters and one would presume, pouring bottles of perfectly good Swedish vodka down the sink. It's not the way you show your anger that has us laughing, it's the fact that you can even be bothered getting upset by something so trivial and harmless.
Funny thing is, I'm kind of impressed by ABSOLUT for having the sheer balls to pull this off. Fancy that hey? Don't be surprised that your reaction is actually a boon to this company. Just watch their profits soar.
