hello, i happened upon your blog and saw that your cat is ill. i had a cat in the same condition and after 2 years of heartbreak and $12 thousand in vet bills that did nothing but torture my poor cat, someone gave me some free advice: IT IS THE FOOD, switch the cat to a raw food holistic diet--the commercial food is toxic including the vet prescribed food. My cat had allergies, lip ulcers etc and this food has saved his life.

I am in Washington DC and I see your in Australia--they make pre packaged raw food that is a complete diet (meaning it's not just raw meat and bone, it has 10-20% vegetables/vitamins). I use www.bravorawdiet.com, but that's just in the U.S. so if you would like to try this for your cat then it may take a little research. you don't have to go crazy making it yourself if you can find a good brand-you just dethaw overnight and serve and your cat will improve i promise you!!
