I loved it.

I miss letters, too. I think a lot of us do.

What I appreciate most about your post is the self-reflection that gets stir'd when one finds something old that one has written or at one time thought/felt.

I love looking back at my journals from when I was 18 or 28 or even 38 and realizing how much (and how little) I've changed over the years.

Those different Joes are all you captured in various moments of the magic that is your life.
