Bethany, you may have more impact if you re-title this post "Rag Rap" before spinning it off as a blog of its own.
As everyone knows, all people of color, particularly those residents south of the Trinity, are hypnotically attracted to rhythmic assonant and alliterative combinations, even more so if they make reference to contemporary urban pop culture by directly incorporating the word "rap".
Gap Rap. Rag Rap. Yo, dawg, Cleaver was a believer, not just a beaver reliever. See? Try it, and that next ring will be the Pultitzer Board calling.
