Bethany, thanks for the heads-up. I also heard from Levinthal and Wilonsky this evening. I emailed Becky Mayad and asked her to remove my image and quotes from the Vote No website, since, as you point out, the site conflates the two ballot initiatives and misleads voters about my position. She responded almost immediately and took down my image and quotes.
The unautorized use of her photo smacks of desperation...IJS.
