We women are crazy. I had a day like that last week. I was crying and I couldn't explain why, I was just sad. Everybody has blue days so don't worry about it. Sometimes it feels good to let it all out.

I noticed how much Iris had grown the last time I was on your flickr site. Man, she's a beauty!! Those eyes!

It's amazing to see how much these kiddos have changed in just the past 6 months. James looked at me the other day and said something to the effect of Abby being an actual person with this personality that can only be hers.

Sleep is important ... very important. I hope that you're taking some time for yourself to really relax some where in there. I know, I am guilty of the same thing .... but once you do it (and get over the silly guilt) you might feel better.

Other times .. we're just sad. It ain't easy being human. *hug*
