Thanks for the kind words. Although real estate makes up the majority of our assets at the moment, we are also putting some money into equities. The longer term goal is to have somewhere bewteen 30-50% of our assets in equities to try and diversify away some of the risk that we would otherwise face if we put everything into one asset class.
