I think your right Bryan. Learning to work in harmony with what is around you is a key point. I ran up against that wall just the other day at work. The small business that I worked for just sold to a much larger national company. This happened a few weeks ago and I have been working with this new company in my same compacity. I am having to learn to deal with all new kinds of people and personalities all over again and I have to adapt if I want to survive. I appreciate your insight and think this is a good article.
