Some of my bloggers buddies and myself have gotten on board (a little late but on board nonetheless)..Thanks for the idea and the motivation!

Gravatar Me too. I miss some days but I keep trying!!

Gravatar Great news. Yes, it's easy to miss a day. Just keep trying. You'll build the habit eventually.

Gravatar Good plan and good start. Starting young and small can amount to big numbers. http:// articles.moneycentral.msn...Into$67815.aspx shows how only $1 a day can grow to over $67,000 in 30 years.

Good luck in sticking to your plan.

Gravatar Thanks for the tip. I personally have no idea what saving $1/day will do. But I can say we'll be picking up the pace in next few months.

Gravatar I have a friend who, on the day his daughter was born, put $1 in a jar, and continued to do so every day thereafter. When a bunch of dollars were collected, he emptied the jar and put the money into a money market account and then kept going.

The money he collected, $1 at a time, over the years, eventually paid for his daughter's entire college tuition at a state school. A perfect example of what you are doing here.

Gravatar Good job! Keep on saving!

Gravatar This is a great idea. I need to do something like this. I'm sure you'll miss the money less if you put it away a little at a time.

Gravatar I have been saving lots of money with this idea. I have $87 in each pile right now.

Gravatar Hey Bryan,

Thanks for the inspiration on this. I am up to day 16, and have all ONEs sitting on my dresser. 3 big, fat stacks.

This is a kick ass idea, and I will continue to promote it. Great stuff!

Gravatar I'm just up to day 14. I put the number 3 on every date on my calendar and cross it off when I do my 3-bie thing. That way, I'll know if I missed a day (I only missed once!) and can go back and make up for it.

Gravatar Great idea with the calendar. Whatever it takes to get you to remember. Once you get the habit, you won't have to 'think' about it
