I'm heading off to visit my mom in Ohio next week and won't be here, so I'm doubling up on my daily dollars! That way I'll be caught up when I get back. I just love trading piles of singles for bigger bills. I hit my first 20 recently. You are right...it really does get to be a habit you do without even really thinking about it!

Why not directly save the dollar each day in a bank account- or at least deposit it once a week or in some short interval...over time, wouldn't this earn you more interest on the "savings pile" and make more sense than just having it sit at home?

Jason - You are right. It does make more sense. Right now, it's more important that people see first hand how fast the money grows. You'll never this from a bank statement. But we're getting there.
