You're right... investing and flipping are not exactly the same.

Long term strategy is a good one but when you need to create a chunk of cash for whatever reason, fix-n-flip is a good way to go.

I just wish I planned for all the set-backs. Then I would never have run out of money and resold the houses for a profit.... and probably would not even be all over the internet with my story.

I'm also not too proud of the way i ran the loans.
