This Friday the 13th, I have a class of freshman chemistry students taking an exam.

It had not occurred to me that people might actually want to skip an exam just because it's Friday the 13th - rather than just because it's ... Friday.

Everywhere I can find it says paraskavedekatriaphobia. I get no hits on google spelling it the other way.

That doesn't mean it's correct, just seems to be.
