salaam juss came across ur blog...mashallah u write well...there is juss one thing that kinda popped out to me and its ur sub heading where u descride urself as a fat, balding, lazy..etc..oh come on bro why so negative...i dunno u but it kinda hurts knowing that someone would write that about themself...and i know u have the right to call urself anything...i juss have one thing to say about that and its u are the creation of Allah...our souls were once in heaven and we shall return there inshallah..in the mean time ur my brother and deserve every bit of praise and duas...may allah continue to love u and guide us all..ameen

Just Passing by : Jazaka'Allah for the kind words... your sentiments have been echoed before and where I agree that indeed we were created by Allah and will return to him one day... we were all made different and perfect in our own way by him.. I for one just like to (in my own somewat silly way) keep myself humble by telling me about the characteristics I see in myself... I'm still thankful for all I have.. juss need to make sure i keep my feet on the ground!

Oi! Hows Ramadhan coming along. Its all food over here. Sigh.
Ramadan is a good month to lose 3 inches around the middle... and if you are half as fat as I am that is double figures in percentage terms.
I am content with single digit figures - and it must be the barakah of Ramadan - this contentment - when was the last time you heard single digit, contentment and fat man in the same sentence?
