Good objective review. But, I think that the big question of the interview was clearly settled. One does not experience this type of thoughtful discourse ever played out in the Old Media. Laura, Hugh, Yon, Hansen and others with similar viewpoints that challenge the so-called 'popular wisdom' are drowned out by being outgunned and bullied in order that they be marginalized against the opinions of presumed 'experts' like Ware.
It was gracious of him to particpate. But, Hugh extended the invitation. And unlike Anderson Cooper or David Gregory, did not invite gunners.
I think you have hit the point, today's journalists will do the immoral to get the story. I submit, some stories aren't worth it. Nice post. MM
