Hooray, Eroica is back! We missed you. It's sounding nice up there this time o' year. The last apples which we were supposed to start on monday have been put off 'till thursday, so it's back to limbo land of coffee, chinese characters and planting garlic in the hope that it rains so that when I come back in november I have a crop %)

That's a lovely post. Made me feel homesick for a country I've never even been to. I thnk homesick for language and being able to speak probably is more likely.

Slave contract duly signed in blodd (close relation to blood, but lses binding if tea and biscuits part of contract is ever faulted).
I'm not sure if I'm going to go home on the the 17th or before this year. Depends very much on money, because I want doesn't translate into I can. But I'll certainly be here and working during the first part of December. Again, I think. If* your little sis wants to work during her holiday, too, she's welcome to teach english for her crusts for a while.
