I think you hit it square on the head - the only compelling reason for a heterosexual man to see this movie is the hope that one or more of the female cast (starting with Kim Catrall - 50 and damned fine) might remove some or all of their clothing. The Man's rule for Chick Flicks is that Chick Flicks have the best nudity because it is women rather than men who are naked. But of course a man can't go to this movie alone for this so we scream and holler when our spouses, girlfriends, or first dates that we're hoping to "sleep" with drag us all the while hoping that the women (well except Sarah Jessica Parker) will at some point be naked and unashamed.
I don't mind SJP, it's really Cynthia Nixon I'm not attracted to. I mean, she's a redhead and all, but she's not that hot to me.

I am a female and missed the "Sex" boat. I would rather watch something with substance such as crime, investigations, paranormal. Hehe. I like shoes but SJP has entirely too many. I caught it a few times and hated it. It is like watching a train wreck. I can't tear my eyes away but yet hate myself for watching it. If I wanted to watch a train wreck I would just go to Garden City and wait for the next truck driver to sit on the railroad tracks. Anyway. I think I will save my money for something I can better relate to.
