Jim - I believe that the FOMC cut - 1/4 or 1/2 is mostly factored in; my opinion from people I trust is for a rally to ensue in the coming weeks, although so far in Dec. it is disappointing after the funds selloff in Nov. Could be too much talk about Dec. rally in media
