A National Socialist movement doesn't seem a big stretch when you're dealing with people who will follow anything blindly for the smallest nugget of hope. That and the whole death to the infidels thing.
The only thing stopping a full out Socialist/Communist movement (other than the Islamic code) is the fact that the Palestinian authority has to rely on handouts just to exist.
