glad you made it back home. I know that when I see someone in military uniform I never know if I should salute, say thank you for serving, or just watch them in awe with silent respect.

Thanks, mom of 3. I know what you mean - it's hard to decide what to do. It's really one of those elephant-in-the-room situations! I guess that feeling comes with not having a lot of exposure.
