I agree with jay. I just watched the movie and... only for Elite??? Doesn't make sense because all of their healthcare anywhere within the country is free, so "elite" doesn't matter. and lets not forget he took the 9/11 heroes with him so you don't only have to go against his word, you'd have to go against theirs as well.
