Sportscenter today compared the 05 Trojans vs the 88 Irish with both May and the tOSU guy (I don't even want to try to spell his name) saying that USC would win. The premise of the feature is ridiculous. But for the sake of argument, the 88 Irish would have beat them like they did everyone on the schedule that year. The defense was awesome (12 ppg) and I think that Vince Young will show what would have happened with Tony Rice at the helm.
Enough about that though. If Kirk brings his kids out in scarlet and grey before the Fiesta, I hope Lou goes over and smacks him upside his head. It's not right to torture little children like that ....

You know what I love about Mr. Weis? He lays things out there. Doesn't draw all the lines. Doesn't need to cut down anyone else. Doesn't criticize other programs, doesn't need to.

Rather than mocking Tosu's poor academic ratings, he just lays out there what the Irish student/ athletes are doing. You draw the lines...

(By the way: it is Tosu because "The" is the most important and accurate word in that title. Although you could argue Ohio and State are valid. "The" is also the easiest to spell.)

Can someone explain the rationale behind the emphasis for the "THE" in "THE Ohio State University"? WTF? Do they think the general public might be confused whereby leaving the "The" out--and without emphasis--could possibly infer that there are in existence more than one Ohio State Universities?
