On the one hand, tOSU's offense smoked Notre Dame's defense but on the otherhand ND could have possibly tied the game up. Looking at the stats on paper that game shouldn't even have been competitive at the start of the fourth quarter let alone with under three minutes left to play. Troy Smith is amazing though I'm willing to bet he'll pull a Maurice Clarett in the off season. Even Miami players in the heyday were smarter criminals than to rob someone in the one town that everybody knows who you are.

Did anyone else find it funny how Musburger was talking about how articulate college football players were right after they had Troy Smith on? That was hilarious. Unfortunately, Sweater Vest will continue to get away with his "rent-a-player" ways for a while to come. If the NCAA couldn't find a violation after the Clarett incident, they never will. Apparently the investigators can only find evidence at places like Alabama.
