Good to see some of the press asking some more difficult questions and Charlie having decent answers. I hope the offseason is filled with updates and snippets about what the teams is doing to develop the younger players, and that we see a marked difference between this year and next year's team.

All I'll request is that this comments section NOT turn into a big Zibby at QB debate like the last one did. Obviously, there are varying opinions and I don't think anybody is going to make someone of the opposite opinion change his or her mind. So I say we just let it go.

By the way, the "As pointed out by EDSBS" link doesn't work correctly; it goes to a picture of Bragg at QB.

Fixed the link, Jade. Thanks.

I agree about nothing having another silly debate about Zibby. I just wanted to get Charlie's quotes into the blog for posterity's sake. That and I thought it was pretty funny that Boise State let a defensive tackle take an extra point. Trevor missed his opportunity.

The crazy Zibby stuff is closed? Nuts. Well, then is this the forum to wax poetic about how academic standards are the root of our football problems? No? How about discussing whether Jay's rant after the navy game was sacrilegious? Maybe we can get a couple hundred posts on Justin Trattou.

I think there should be a list of threads that are banned. Those are my three additions to that list.

Wait, I know how quiet all the nonsensical posts...start a blog called the Fieldhouse and talk about ND basketball.

I had to have a package ready where if Jimmy wasn't healthy, and Evan went down, we needed to have something you could turn to if the regular offense wasn't getting you anything.

LMAO. We have needed something like that all year.

I didn't see the Duke game, but I was on the sideline, right by the endzone where Ryan Clady scored that TD for Boise State. I thought it was amazing--and a great way to honor a guy who was so well respected as a leader on that team.

Of course, the game was against BSU's instate rival, Idaho, which I'm guessing makes it easter to accept that kind of play. But nevertheless, I loved it.
