If your company is using broadband and has a high bandwidth,you can download like 3mb(Charmless man)in less than a minute.So I don't think it will affect anyone, unless everyone decides to download at the same time...poof!! Hehehe :D

broadband yes.. but sometimes the speed drops to as slow as 56K modem, especially during mid afternoon.

thats y i do my downloads between 8:30 - 10 am... when there's very few ppl in the office.

my supervisor has a knack for detecting whoever is downloading sthg and taking up more than their usual share of bandwidth. i dunno how he does it. it's eerie.

its called traffic monitoring, if your IP add shows up more than once in the traffic then it means that it is busy....real busy, like downloading. BTW, cool track, a nice work day track to listen too, yeah, i also have a ear phone pluged to my laptop at work to shield out those work place garbage. Cheers!
