pocupine is not ba but the skin is rather rubbery.. meat taste: cross btwn beef and venison. very gamey.

yvy: not too expensive but it's difficult to obtain. my dad brought us to some eatery in the outskirts and the prorietors happened to have porcupine meat that day.
