I enjoy watching Anthony Bourdain in No Reservation...
I've known foie gras for a hell long time already. Haha. Don't really like Anthony Bourdain's show. Prefer Nigella Lawson's show. Her food is the best, I think. Because the way she prepares then is so sexy and appealing.Its like food for sex, with a distant jazz tune playing in the background. Oh! And she uses her butte, creams and whatever oil, in abundance. And she' pretty.
I'd watch Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations if they didn't keep telecasting the same episode of him eating Vadapav in India every three weeks. :D Seriously, I eat vadapav every week.. who needs to know about it?
Also, half the chefs like Kylie Kwong etc. make some dishes that would make me puke. Now only if I'd get to eat them..... :D
how old is anthony bourdain anyways? i see the commercials to his no reservation show and he looks kinda old.
btw, since it is obvious that foie gras is nonexistent in kuching, where did you try it?

foie gras in singapore you say? i can think of only one french restaurant here and that place cost a bomb to dine at
