liver can be a good thing ok? well i only like pork liver. liver is alot better than, say, 3-layer fatty pork or pig ears or glutinous tendons. ugh i hate tendons.

if i want to torture myself more, i'll usually watch nigella or kylie kwong. for some mad reason, floyd does it for me too, but my mother thinks he's very unhygienic because he never washes his hands before cooking. haha.

You never tried salted codfish, err.. Bacalao? I'm sure you can find a good Portuguese restaurant in M'sia. And speaking of liver, I've never tried that artery-blocking fattened goose liver yet... 
i've had normal salted fish, but not salted codfish. and there are no portugese in sarawak, except for portugese egg tarts i think. and i have not had foie gras yet, much to my shame.
