don't think so, the most is probably give him away, but that also quite unlikely because my parents are quite attached to him.

Sounds similar to when I had to have the stupid cat's eye fixed. Was over AUD$400 (RM $1200), maybe even close to AUD$500 after all the medication and other stuff ... and I never even liked the cat! :-(
At least Bobby is cute. You just need to invent new things to keep him occupied and wear him out a lot. [Plus, train him to curb his agression to other things ... like attacking Persian cats!].

Cat got a grass seed in its eye and had to have an operation as it went all yuck and puss filled.

i do not! i DO smack her! just that she's so tiny i'm bit concerned that i'd be a tad heavy-handed and hurt her.
anyway she's not afraid of me smacking her, dunno why. mum smacks her with less force, she goes all obedient. i smack, she pretends to be afraid and stares up with sad eyes - and is alright and up to mischief again five minutes later. =(
because cookie knows that her owner is equally undisciplined.
