LOL I know. I was thinking the same thing. I was actually wondering if other people were having a hard time listening to him because of the eyebrow.
Then I was following the links on your page and noticed that Captain's Quarter's mentioned the eyebrow! So it wasn't just me! lolol
It went WAY up on his brow - and just one - not the other! lol
I'm feeling bad cause my posts tonight look mean. Didn't mean the mean - just was seeing humor in it!

Here is a link that shows the whole speech. I think it is both distracting and funny.
I think I figured it out. I think he somehow broke his eyebrow during his pre-teen years and that is why it acts that way.

That is strange. We didn't stay up to hear the response so we missed seeing this. Maybe it was because HE didn't even believe what he was saying.
