George Bush mandated 10% ethanol we may able to up it to 15% even 20% It may destroy the gaskets in motors if too high. But to continue in the same vein. Mandate for Biodiesel All diesel Fuel sold will have 10% biodiesel added just like the gasoline has the ethanol cut. With the exception of Jet Fuel.
Sasol a spin off of Royal Dutch Shell Petroleum corp. and several other companies use coal to make oil. And it makes real good jet fuel. So a 10% mandate for all Jet Fuel to be made with coal.
10% increase in Hydroelectric power
10% increase in Solar Power
10% increase in Wind Power
10% increase in Electric Cars.
10% increase in offshore drilling
10% increase in Canadian Oil
10% increase in Methanol (wood alcohol) they use in funny cars, wood alcohol won't drive up price of food

I love the ad and think it is funny that people think that it isn't serious. Of course it isn't, but it gets attention! "Real" ads will appear on TV, but YouTube offers the perfect platform for a fun yet informative ad!
