"Okey-doke n. (1930s-1950s) a con game; stupid talk; this is a variant of white use of 'hokey-dokey' for anything positive; all right - but black use refers to anything anything negative. 'jive.'
This is much ado about nothing given the rate at which whites assimilate and use black slang in their everyday language. I doubt if there are very few white people in America today, especially living in the old South, who don't understand or have not used the term "okey-doke." Obama is not speaking in code. He was speaking at a women's college in the old South. I would guess that everyone there - white, black etc. - understood this term.

I got the impression he was focusing on the use of the word "hoodwink." I'm too lazy to look into the history of this, but it sounds as if this used to be code for Whitey trying to trick the negro into doing something against his best interest. Look at the title of the post: "Obama Plays the Hoodwink Card."
The pie-fight in the blogosphere may be vitriolic, but what candidates say on the campaign trail about each other is ultimately more relevant. If Democrats don't direct their collective ire at McBush and keep tearing each other down, it'll be yet another Repuke victory come election time. The Cocksucker Media is already hard at work pushing McBush's propaganda as gospel.
Because Obama is black, he's not allowed to seek black votes. Don't you guys get it? Conversely, Sinbad is totally within her rights to play the gender card for women's votes.

Actor, the problem I have with Taylor is that she can't just support Clinton -- she has to venomously tear down Obama. Now granted, I have on occasion between less than kind to the Senator from New York, but I think I've made it clear that I like and respect her and will be quite happy to vote for her (should it come to that).
