Did they mean "war's" -- as in the "war is" in him? Or do they mean to suggest the multiple wars he might like to fight someday, Iran and perhaps one or two more (not to mention the war without end in Iraq)?
Or perhaps the war between the part of him that struggles to remember all the flip-flops in his positions over the years, and the part of him that doesn't give a shit because the press loves him anyway?
Guess I'll have to read all about it on Sunday.
