Don't forget the Boston Globe, which is owned by the NYT corporation.

The Globe owns an 18%(?) interest in the Boston Red Sox. When the New England Patriots were packing their bags for the Super Bowl, the Globe was giving more ink to the off-season Red Sox. That kind of coverage in the financial sector gets you into big trouble.
