Should I assume that the absence of any discussion of the merit of the investigation in your post means that you believe there to be none? or do you think that if the concern is raised by a "Democrat hit squad" that it doesn't matter whether it has merit or not?
The merits of the case, if any, will not come out until after the election. From the lack of any outrage at an obvious political stunt, should I assume that you're an ends-justifies-the-means type?
So the "democratic establishment" is running the FBI--an agency of the executive branch? I could see this, maybe, if there was a democrat in the White House. But as the current President keeps fairly tight control of his agency heads, this sounds far fetched.
Really? You do know that most of the FBI doesn't change just because the administration does, don't you?
