I agree, Bonnie! Whenever the boys would be tired of hearing about it right AFTER the death, I would explain what a historic thing it is, how he made some bad choices at the end and didn't always do the right thing, but how very talented he was and the impact he made on music and the world, and that his death was significant. BUT...enough already! Poor family is right! And I'm am continually amazed at how little happens in any other celebrity's life nowadays......not when there's some new info on MJ. I completely agree with you! Have a wonderful time at the lake! Looks like the weather's supposed to be nicer now - ENJOY!!

Gravatar I agree. It is time to move on.There are more important things to take up the air waves. I don't watch TV, so I havent' seen much...but when hubs has it on, that is whose face is on the screen. Just sad.

Gravatar I am in the agreement column with you on this one too! and lets not even talk about how much money they spent on his funeral!!

Gravatar I couldn't agree more.

With all the press he has gotten, you would think he had discovered the solution for world peace.

Gravatar i never watch the news (i know, i know i should) so i haven't heard too much. but i read the newspaper and am shocked at how it's still front page news!

Gravatar OMG, I so so so agree! Our tv in the states is packed full daily with MJ stuff. For God's sake, he was a great entertainer, but it's not like he was the Pope or a President or something!

The most disturbing thing was one day a whole big thing was on all day on CNN about his death...and scrolling at the bottom of the screen was 'North Korea launches 7 missles today'.

RU kidding? Should have been a reversal of important stories there. Silly.
