Gravatar My personal look at 2005 saw it as which shows made me antsy for a week to end in order to get to the next episode. (Does that make sense?)

Anyway, for me those 3 shows were 'Lost', 'Slings & Arrows', and 'Doctor Who'.

So for your poll, 'Lost' is out - opened in 2004; 'Slings & Arrows' was on in Canada back in 2003; and 'Doctor Who' which for me was a continuation despite the long break between seasons.

So picking from your options, I'll go with 'Prison Break' even though I feel like one of those Brokeback cowboys after each episode - "I want to quit you!" Every episode had plot holes you could drive a truck through.

And yet... boy, was it gripping! (I speak of it in the past tense because I don't know if I'll feel the same way come March when it returns.)

So of your options, that's the one I'll vote for....

Gravatar Had to go with Prison Break. Everyone Hates Chris is funny at times, and has caused me to remember there is something called UPN. The Office probably would battle Prison Break for the top spot if I never watched the original, which was brilliant.

Now, My Name is Earl. Until this season I had basically written off American Sitcoms. OK, Arrested Development started to bring me back, but I am slow on the poick up of sitcoms. Still haven't watched Scrusbs, and am hearing great things about Earl, so maybe it's time to jump back into the sitcom world.
