A belated happy Fathers day to all the dads in your family. I also went for chinese food on Saturday as an early Fathers Day for Keith at the China Kitchen. Congratulations on the pending grandbaby, Christmas will be something else this year for you folks.
My thoughts are with Charlotte. I hope all went well with the surgery and that she recovers quickly. I know it must be a scary thing to go through.

OMG! I used to love going to the Dub on 109 Street! 
I also used to be a car-hop, but not at an A&W, it was a little privately owned drive in burger joint right by the City Center Airport, called Hippo Burger. Memories!!

I don't remember the Hippo Burger, Jude, but I do know the area it's in. 
When I feel better, I am going to have to drive out there again. I love looking at old cars. Sadly, Nancie works most Thursday nights.

Oh, I love all the old cars, Bobbie! And, your A&W~wow, that brings back so many wonderful memories! We went to A&W every day in my senior year of high school! I don't even think we have them here anymore. Those root beer floats were awesome!!
