Couple of points:
Regarding the money for schools, I am led to understand that the funds must be spent by end of fiscal year (i.e. March) as a result most schools can't hire full time teachers/T.A.s as they don't have confirmed monies for the rest of the school year (April to June).
As for the bottle-at-the biker, sadly this is not the first time something like this has happened. About a year and a half ago one of my running group was hit by a FULL CAN OF COLA thrown at her from a moving car. The car was going up 200th so you can only imagine the momentum when it hit her. Thankfully it didn't catch her cleanly in the head as it would likely have caused permanent (and likely fatal) damamge...sometimes you have to wonder about the idiots out there.
The Aldergrove sewer and drain system fix looks like big money will have to be spent no matter what the fix turns out to be. Once again it's a case of priorities, just as Kurt's election foes tried to point out, and we've not heard from council on how and when this drainage fix will shock the budget.

Are you a little out to lunch or not, it sure appears as much with your rants and all your capital letters. Do you know what they say about people that use all caps? Ask someone.
John, Who the heck is John Bucholtz? It must be Frank Bucholtz's twin, you know Frank who is editor at Langley Times? You definitely are having trouble with these names aren't you? Maybe Ralph Martin was Ralph Goodale's brother Paul Martin? I think you should do your homework beofre you come on here calling everyone names (wrong names)and running people down.

Every day I hear how the Conseratives are leading the poll. I imagine the Liberals could come out on top if the RCMP announce they were investigating another conservative scandal? The RCMP should keep quiet about these investigations especially during an election. People have enough anger stored up without the help of the national police force.
Never mind the vallium John. Open another bottle of scotch and fall asleep. Noone will miss your absence.
