Despite Angel being an outstanding candidate, this is what I think the outcome will be. I was so very very disappointed in Bill Brooks at two of the all candidate meetings. Apparently, the only thing worse than having Jean Chrétien as your leader, is having Paul Martin and his campaign advisors. What saddness they have brought upon Canadians.
52%.......Conservative…………............Mark Warawa
22%........Liberal……………...................Bill Brooks
19%........NDP………............................Angel Claypool
6%.........Green………………………..........Patrick Meyer
1%..........Canadian Action Party.........Vicki Lee Sloan
Perhaps we should be predicting the toal number of seats as well.

Since I'm on this streak, did any one attend the Council of Canadians all candidates meeting? I loved the recap in the Times in which you wonder if Brooks is a Liberal or not.
From today's Times:
"Despite Liberal leader Paul Martin saying he would abolish the notwithstanding clause, Brooks expressed his disagreement with his party’s policy.
“I don’t agree with my leader’s position on the notwithstanding clause,” Brooks said.
He also expressed his disapproval of assimilation with the U.S. “I don’t agree with deep integration either,” Brooks said in a firm manner, but he had to pause because someone from the crowd yelled out, “Tell it to your boss,” referring to Martin. “I will. I will tell him that. In fact I will see him on Monday and tell him that,” Brooks said.
NDP candidate Angel Claypool slammed Brooks because his views are different from the Liberal party policy. “You know Bill, it doesn’t sound like you stand for the majority of your party’s policies,” Claypool said to a crowd that responded with cheers."
Angel's remark could have been the sound bite of the campaign. Her comment to Mark was beautiful too— "Protecting young people from sexual predators is a Canadian value, not a Conservative value," would run a close second in the sound bite contest.

At least Bill is able to speak his mind + not be a puppet of the partys leader like some candidates we have!

Too bad Bill wasn't our Conservative MP...we might get lots of infrastructure money. We need about another $2 million just for our gold plated Grandstand!
