My first thought is that it looks like pretty cheap health insurance. I would think that the cost is based on making a profit, and it's derived from a business plan. That being the case I'd like to see what the per capita cost (premiums) would be to operate our money losing health care system on a break even basis. Then I'd like to see a breakdown showing how much the administration costs are.
I'm pretty sure we'd all be disgusted with the cost of the latter item.
