Please understand I was just a witness to a STATSCAN report being done on the homeless. Not only did they NOT count me and others, they also didn't make a statistical note of the number of people who were turned away without dinner at the shelter they were garnering this information.
I would think this to be an important stat to accumulate (number of homeless vs number FACTUALLY fed).
But I guess it's easier to say there are 'x number' of homeless that need 'x amount' of services to accomodate them, WITHOUT letting anyone KNOW about their real intentions.
TO STARVE, MALNOURISH, and TORTURE (through sleep depravation), those whom they consider unworthy.
Don't take 'my word' for it. Investigate yourself.
