I'm sure there's a lot of people who agree with Bucky, but the problem relates to the extent of the damage and to the number of able people to do the repairs.
BC Hydro can't have too many repair crews sitting on thei thumbs waiting for that "Every 5 year storm".

Bucky should do some real writing.
