(Me Me) Bateman has also suddenly rediscovered the City police subsidy issue. Wonder why! He obviously goes to this site a lot! He was an LLt slate member and it shows! And how ludicrous is it to go and look at 32 ditch and road projects and the like to suggest what to cut. Is he an engineer or a reporter? Isn't h the one that also voted to spend more of my money on the multi million concrete white elephant we can't even use more than maybe once a year if we are lucky? It's just like Sam Sullivan the Mayor of Vancouver running around town deciding what ditches to dig or fill. Neither have the qualifications. Rookie is right. I'm hopping mad at 78% increase . When'the next election , next year?

Jordan, it takes a lot of courage and stamina to run for elected office. But it takes much more to become a parent and is much harder and far more gratifying. We know you will both be excellent parents. Congratulations and all the best Councillor Jordan Bateman & Jennifer on the birth of your second baby girl from everyone at LFP.
See, we really do love ya! Now will you agree with us some time? Pretty please? Should we now bond to, by linking to each other? LOL.

Just an observation, but a look around the table at some of the township senior councillors soon puts truth the the adage that "Some people never learn". Take your pick. While Bateman and Richter clash from time to time, I believe that both of them will eventually be given respect for their opinions. I think that at present, the difference in their approach shows a wide gap, but results are what voters want to see. The upcomung budget discussions should prove interesting, and illuminating. Keep an eye on Kurt, as he keeps his head out of harms way.
