Update on information. Chair Burton is wrong. There are many other districts involved in consultation.
The biggest difference is that the other districts are upfront and open
about the fact that the consultations are about school closures.
The discussion is not couched in "building the future" euphemisms. The facts that the districts present are basically the same - declining
enrolment, excess capacity, etc. Some processes are longer about as
long as Langley's. They also started late last year.
