I think Wink is into the suds again, or he gagged on his nasty pill this morning!

On the suject of the Federal Liberals though, I'm not too sure that Dion could have done anything else. Certainly any reasonably thinking Canadian would not approve of a spring election simply because the Liberal Party wants one. There has to be some strong suggestion of failure in the governing party. "Taliban Jack" Layton, on the other hand, needs no reason at all for his NDP Party MP's to force another unnecessary election.

I am far from being an admirer of Harper or Flaherty, who think nothing of breaking a promise (Trusts), but I see this as a "Hold it until we can see more clearly" budget. Looking at it that way, it's not too bad at all.
