Another Similar Suggestion. Mayor Kurt Alberts should get Councilor Kim Richter to back off running against him for Mayor or even worse still publicly backing another candidate for Mayor in return for her support of him and giving her the deputy Mayor's job with her important pet negotiated policy concessions as well. Sounds crazy but would guarantee Kurt's job too for two or many more terms!

I think that most of Americans are hoping that Hilary will finally concede defeat to Obama. Obama will then have the opportunity to concentrate on his real objective and rid the US of the worste government in the history of the United Staes.

George W. will soon be able to have his choice of comic books to stock his library.

June-July and August in the past few years have shown that the LFP viewership is greatly reduced as it is generally quieter from the news front as it is more vacation and summer weather time with far less readers.

So we at LFP have and will slow down as well during these 3-4 months. We will still publish new stuff but not as often. So keep checking us out and if you have any thoughts you want to share make comments or even submit your posting to this Editor.

The school board, municipal councils and legislatures generally take a break during this time as well. Besides we have to brace ourselves for the fall municipal elections that should be chock-a-block full of announcements, excitement and shocking news locally! So stay tuned and remember 167 days 21 hours 20 minutes left till Municipal un-election!
