How about the odds that the letter was a prank and that for a few dollars someone is getting a huge laugh at all of our expense....my best guess say odds of 1 to 2.

Very elaborate though.Told there were 11 seperately named/sealed envelopes with 3 sheets each all typed.

As Blair says, the letter could be a prank, but it has to be checked out regardless. If somebody working at the township knows more than what has been said, we can't blame him for fearing that he might lose his job becqause he spoke up. Finding a subtle way of sweeping this letter under the rug is not the way to treat this affair.
