It is about time you reappeared, the negative retoric was missed! I thought we might get an obituary notication on the LFP Editor and the site - not so lucky! How abour Kim for Mayor

Ah... how sweet of you....

"Kim for Mayor"?

Although a distinct possibility, that will never happen cuz she knows she doesn't have the numbers to win.

I see from the other blog in town a review of the Councillor's expenses from the past year. How about a headline story on that issue.....i.e. Kim's 'out of control' spending as a free ride on the taxpayers dollar! Some councillors spent 0$ and two others well under $1,000 - how come her and Mel spent more than the 7 others combined......hum and this is fiscal responsibility - NOT!

Chicken Bob was way out of line when he tore down that sign. He obviously has his mind made up about filling in that pit. I for one, hope that this fellow and his followers fight this until the bitter end. Unfortunately though, the matter has possibly been decided where the public cannot hear.

There's lots of money in landfill! Helps Township old boys club council buy more restaurants/bars! If I were brookswood resident I would be saying why does Ft. Langley & immediate environs always get everything, development & investment and all we get in Brookswood is their construction dirt & fill dumped? P.S. That is what they are saying .

LFP, the money making opportunity you speak of also expands the circle of the good old boys club. It's a great entity when you are on the inside, but vastly unfair to those on the outside, who are simply unaware of the subtle opportunities that quietly fleece those who don't get involved and speak up.

Gravatar That picture of Bob Long will stay in my mind for a 'Long' time. At least until the next election. I know the gentleman that Bob was in conflict with, and he is just that...a gentleman. Very meek and mild, I was shocked to see him even involved in this altercation but it looked to me more like Bob was the pursuer. That a councillor has to resort to that type of behavior is beyond my comprehension!
